Right, well, firstly, let's have a catch up!
Attack of the Zearok
"Attack of the Zearok" had been released last September and was a good ol' fun romp of an episode which was used to bridge the gap between Series One and Two. Ariel's memory was wiped so she forgot who the Doctor was and Strider left the TARDIS to stay on Earth to look after his sick Auntie. Which left the Doctor with Lance Hayden on adventures in time and space...
Series Two: Saving Grace
Series Two opened up with "Saving Grace" which is our most successful episode to date! Grace Thomson (from Realm of Dreams) returns and bumps into the Doctor and Lance Hayden in the middle of a Plasmavore scheme! When Grace suddenly inherits memories of the Doctor's past, he panics and kidnaps her to some far off location... leaving Lance Hayden behind on Earth...
The episode is also the most notorious for it's storyarcs! I will save it for another thread nearer the time of the finale.
So, Episode Two: Ascent of the Ferramenta is only a few days away. My, hasn't time gone by...

The official release date for the Doctor Who: The 11th Regeneration Series Two 2008 Special "Attack of the Zearok" has been confirmed for:
Sunday 28th September 2008
"Attack of the Zearok" sees Jaime Carroll return as the 11th Doctor, with returning main cast members Dale Farrow and Paul Kay as Strider and Lance Hayden respectively. Newcomer, Tanya Wright, plays new companion Ariel, who teams up with the Doctor as his other companions get kidnapped by the dastardly Zearok. A trailer for the special is out on Sunday 21st September, seven days before the actual episode airs.

In other news, the website has been going through updates this evening. The main page and Series Two episode pages have been revamped ahead of the 2008 special. Also, the character page and "Attack of the Zearok" episode page are also up.
The website will be going through updates within the next week and a half - all the pages will be fully completed by the time the special comes out. Also, it is hoped the shop will be online as well, selling the DVDs, amongst other surprise merchandise.

End of August Report
The date is the 31st August, 2008. The time is 23:26 as I'm writing this blog. And in just little over half an hour, it'll be September already! September? September!! It still feels like Christmas was last week.
Anyway, why am I emphasising the point of September? Well, after a 9 month absence, Doctor Who: The 11th Regeneration will be back on our screens! Well, monitors. But you get the idea.
Attack of the Zearok
Although no date has officially been confirmed, it looks like 'Attack of the Zearok' will be released on the LAST SUNDAY of SEPTEMBER to give 'Time Agent' enough time before the series created by Billy Treacy and produced by Jaime Carroll comes to a dramatic close!
Filming is all but complete. As previously mentioned, Dale Farrow (Strider), Paul Kay (Lance Hayden) and Tanya Wright (Ariel) have all completed all of their scenes. Jaime Carroll (The Doctor) needs to film a 10 second scene on green screen, along with green screen bits for the Zearok and that's offically all of the filming over and done with. Finally.
Already the special has gone into post-production with Billy Treacy and Tom Cook working on the Special Effects. CGI work on the interior and exterior of the Zearok spaceship is complete and is being edited into the footage!
At the moment, it looks like 'Attack of the Zearok' will be roughly 20 to 25 minutes long.
And the next time trailer... THE NEXT TIME TRAILER! WOW! Once you see the next time trailer, you'll fully understand why I've managed to keep my mouth shut (and a lot of credit goes to me for managing to keep my mouth shut as it is quite an achievement!!) for so long and why I've not been able to report anything on Series Two.

Updates (or lack of)
Once again, I must apologise for the lack of updates. So much has gone on that I rarely find the time out to write a simple blog! I can promise you that once the release of 'Attack of the Zearok' is fast approaching, the blog will be swarming with activty!
Attack of the Zearok
Anyway, speaking of 'Attack of the Zearok' I can confirm that all of Dale Farrow's (Strider) and Paul Kay's (Lance Hayden) scenes are all completed for the special. All what is left to be filmed is one last scene with the Doctor (Jaime Carroll) and Ariel (Tanya Wright) and that's the production of the special completed. Footage will then be sent off to the SFX and CGI experts whom will work their magic.
I've not given a release date for 'Attack of the Zearok' yet, as it depends how long the special effects will take. A trailer will also be released once the effects are completed and the release date is scheduled for the end of September so stay tuned.
Series Two
The post-production has been completed for Episode Seven of Series Two. So that's one down, eight more to go!
Filming for Episode Six is all but completed - just one short scene remains! Once the scene is filmed, the episode will be sent off to the SFX and CGI experts as it enters post-production.
Episodes One, Two, Four, Five, Eight have also been written and will enter the filming stage very shortly with Episodes Four and Eight being filmed simultaneously due to the need of summer locations. Episodes Three and Nine await to be written as of yet.

It's here at last; Doctor Who: The 11th Regeneration returns!
A while ago, Jaime Carroll did confirm that in one of his online video diaries that he would release a press announcement regarding series two. After a lot of chopping and changing, here it is! (Note: There will be a video posted on Jaime Carroll's Youtube page displaying what will be said here)
What's happening?
Series Two will be longer than the first! Because there has been a lot of behind-the-scenes changing, this is the CONFIRMED schedule for the series:
In September 2008, a SPECIAL one-off episode will be released. This episode, titled 'Attack of the Zearok' will roughly be 25 to 30 minutes long. Clips of this episode have been seen in the 'series two next time trailer' and below are some exclusive pictures from the special episode:

The 'Attack of the Zearok' special will see Jaime Carroll return as the 11th Doctor, now sporting a brown shirt instead of his original grey one. Strider (Dale Farrow) and Lance Hayden (Paul Kay) return as part of the TARDIS Crew. New to the special will be Ariel (Tanya Wright) who joins the Doctor after Hayden and Strider get kidnapped by the Zearok!
After this special airs in September 2008, then Series Two will begin! However, Series Two won't officially start until MARCH 2009. Unfortunately, not many of the episode titles can be released until AFTER 'Attack of the Zearok' is shown due to SPOILERS. However, there will be a next time trailer at the end of the special and Series Two will also have NINE episodes, instead of eight as in series one.
The Cast
As mentioned above, Jaime Carroll returns as the Doctor, with Dale Farrow as Strider and Paul Kay as Lance Hayden. Tanya Wright plays Ariel in the special but there will be no Leo (Arron Carroll) until Series Two.
Rumours that Nip returns are false, as is Leo being the Master. No further comment will be made whether Jaime Carroll, Dale Farrow, Paul Kay or Tanya Wright will be in Series Two - this is just to confirm that they will be in the "Attack of the Zearok" special and any other news is pure speculation.
Andrew Mansell, who played one of the guards in 'Army of the Ancient Ghosts' in series one, guest stars as the Zearok and Paul Kay also voices the alien. Further cast names regarding Series Two will be announced AFTER 'Attack of the Zearok.'

May Day (!) Updates
Firstly, I must apologise for not updating this blog for, now what seems, forever! I have been very, very, very, very, very, very, very busy... yeah, you get the idea!
Anyway, I would like to start off with the fact filming has been going well. Episodes One and Four will be finished within the next month and Episode Five is now almost completed! Also, filming has started on Episode Seven, the first of a two part finale, whilst plans to start Episode Three are also in gear!
We have a few new cast coming into Series Two, but more news on that in a later blog update (and, yes, this blog will be updated frequently from now on).
Also, the website is slooowly coming together. So far, the main page and the series one episode page have been completed and the rest of the pages will soon follow.
Expect a new post on this blog at the end of the week when I will go over the week's filming progress!

April (Fools!)
Ok, first thing is first. Billie Piper appearing in 11th Regeneration was an APRIL FOOL'S joke! I apologise if certain people believed the story but it was only there as a little joke. That's not to say that there won't be a fair few other sexy ladies appearing in my series though ;)
Anyway, filming has been going well. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to complete as much as I would have liked but a few cast have been unwell so I'd rather delay filming as I would prefer to see my friends be better :)
We've done a bit more work on the Doctorlite episode titled "Key to Friendship," with Jaime Carroll (The Doctor) filming with the two Doctorlite guest stars, Scott (Stephen Furnley, who also played Jag in 'Beast From Within') and Peter (Andrew Mansell, who also played the Guard who got his neck snapped by the Kuio in 'Army of the Ancient Ghosts'). Jaime Carroll, who also produces the episodes says, "Stephen and Mansell did very well when they filmed last time with us in series one, so I decided to give them another go by giving them bigger characters to play in series two. With the absence of the Doctor and his companions in this episode, these two guys take the front view of the episode and do amazingly well with the screen time they had!"
Also, filming on "Home Alone" has been continuing. The episode, which was adapted from the comic "The Lodger" by Gareth Roberts and featured in Doctor Who Magazine, sees the Doctor being trapped on present day Earth for three days, opting to stay with Leo. The episode is nearing completion and a couple of new cast have been brought into the episode - Ryan Curry playing one of Leo's friends and Joanna Sheffield plays "Gina," a girl who gets 'close' to Leo.
Today saw Dale Farrow (Strider) and Paul Kay (Lance Hayden) on set in the new BIIIIIIG green screen which was used for the first time. In Episode One, titled "Friends & Enemies," Strider and Hayden get kidnapped by the Zearok. Producer Jaime Carroll says, "At the start of the episode we see the Doctor, Strider and Lance Hayden being part of the new TARDIS Crew and it appears that some time has past since 'Countdown to Christmas.' However, in this episode sees the introduction of the new companion, Ariel. So the main focus needs to be on her and how she reponds to the Doctor. Therefore, the episode would become overcrowded if we had Ariel, the Doctor, Strider and Hayden all fighting for screen time, when the main focus needs to be on Ariel. Sooooo, I decided that it would be a good idea to take Strider and Hayden out of the equation, by being kidnapped by the Zearok, so that the Doctor teams up with Ariel in order to get his friends back." Jaime also said that Paul has taken the character of Hayden in his stride and Dale's Strider has the most commical moment of the character's history so far!
Tomorrow, Jaime Carroll, Tanya Wright (Ariel), Dale Farrow, Stephen Furnley (Scott) and Andrew Mansell (Peter) will be filming the final scenes of the Doctorlite episode in what promises to be "one of the most tragic and moving events of the series."

March Filming Updates
Finally, a new post! Not been able to post for a while as I've been busy, busy, busy. Anyway, filming started up again and will be intense over the next two to three weeks whilst we continue with episodes One, Four and Five and maybe make a start on another episode.
Also, most of Series Two has been rewritten - with the ending of Episode Eight the only one awaiting completion. However, this will not affect filming as Episodes 6, 7 and 8 aren't expected to be filming until the summer holidays.
Plus, with the clocks going forward this Sunday, this means we get an extra hour worth of filming!! So we will be able to film during the weeks of the forthcoming months! I am sure you are all aware that this will help us get back on schedule.

Countdown Catastrophy
The producer of Doctor Who: The 11th Regeneration and 11th Doctor, Jaime Carroll, has released a statement regarding the release of Countdown to Christmas, "As you may all be aware, the release of the episode Countdown to Christmas has be postponed once again. The reason for this is because on Friday 4th January, Nathan Ewing who plays Nip was expected to turn up for filming at around 9.30am. Myself and Dale Farrow, who plays Strider, were up around 7.30am in order to get ready. However, Nathan Ewing failed to show up for filming. I received a phone call around 11.30 from Nathan Ewing stating that the reason he didn't turn up for filming was because 'he had an appointment.' Naturally, myself and Dale were fuming at this and a day's filming was cancelled. Fortunately, we resumed filming Saturday 5th January, however, we had to film all of Friday's schedule as well as Saturday's so we failed to get it all done as I have work at the weekends. This is not the first time Nathan has either been late for filming or not shown up at all. In fact, this is the SIXTH consecutive time he was either late or failed to show. Because of his failure to show up for filming once again, Nathan Ewing's future as Nip remains in doubt. This decision has not been taken lightly. Myself and all the other cast members of 11th Regeneration, and of course, you, the fans are all fuming and livid at the fact another episode has to be released later than scheuled because of one's unreliability."
Countdown to Christmas as thus been moved to a Wednesday 9th January release.

The Doctor returns!!
The Doctor Who: The 11th Regeneration website has been updated. The new front page has an image of the 'Countdown to Christmas' TARDIS Crew - featuring Nip and Strider, with the return of not ONE character but TWO! The Doctor and Agent Lance Hayden, who people may remember from Army of the Ancient Ghosts.
The other day, the promo pics of Nip and Strider were released. Today, promo pics of the Doctor and Lance Hayden have been released.
Yesterday, Paul Kay (who plays Lance Hayden) did his first green screen scenes. Today, Jaime Carroll, Nathan Ewing and Dale Farrow are on location to film the episode's climax.

Countdown continues....
Today Jaime Carroll was on set with Nathan Ewing and Dale Farrow for filming the scenes of the Doctor comeback!! Jaime has confirmed he will be the Doctor in Series Two in recent video diaries on Youtube to the Doctor returning is no secret... it's just a question of how? What happened on that spacestation? How did he get out alive?
Two promo pics have been releases as well, featuring Nip and Strider. Once Countdown to Christmas is out, the Thunder Comics's Dr Who website will be updated to accomodate the Christmas episode.
Expect a trailer to be released either Friday or Saturday...

Sneeky Peeks
We have some screen shots from Countdown to Christmas, which mostly involve Nip and Strider so the future of the 11th Doctor still remains uncertain.

Filming Updates for Countdown to Christmas
Yesterday, we continued filming for Countdown to Christmas with scenes consisting of Nip and Strider running away from the Axons. Only Nip and Strider were on set, with Jaime Carroll purely directing. After filming, a photoshoot had taken place, with promotional pictures getting ready to be released nearer the time to the release of the special episode.
Countdown to Christmas has now be confirmed for a 6th January 2008 release date!!
There have been rumours going round that Nathan Ewing, who plays Nip, has been sacked and will get killed off in the Christmas special. Producers of the show have said, "Nathan has NOT been sacked by 11th Regeneration and Nip will NOT be killed off in Countdown to Christmas." However, Nathan's future in the show looks uncertain as the producers failed to comment whether Nip would be in Series 2.
Below are two pictures of the Axons being created. Please note that they are NOT the finished versions, merely still in the production stage.
As you can see, the gold features have still been kept, although the producers decided to have more hair this time round. Jaime Carroll talks us through a little bit, "We all know the Axons are energy absorbers having their hair more wild makes them look more absorbing and is also a link to their other versions, which are the tentacle beings, which we decided not to bring back to our Axons."
Expect more updates, pictures, behind the scenes, news and spoilers during the week as filming continues on Countdown to Christmas.
